At AB FIIT, we are committed to providing high quality personal training and online coaching services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing, as it outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of fitness coaching and digital services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing any service, package, or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. In-Person Personal Training

 

  • All personal training sessions and packages must be paid for in advance.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will be charged in full.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable but may expire after six months, if applicable.

 

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of serious injury or medical emergency, at our sole discretion and with supporting documentation.

3. Online Coaching & Digital Programs

 

  • Once online coaching has started, no refunds will be issued, as time, planning, and program development begin immediately.

  • Digital products (including workout programs, training plans, videos, or downloadable content) are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Subscription based coaching may be canceled according to the terms outlined at purchase, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Subscription Cancellations

 

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

  • Access to services may continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

 

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Revocation of access to coaching materials

 

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be granted at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, including:

 

  • Serious medical conditions preventing participation

  • Errors in billing

 

Any approved refund may be subject to processing fees.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
